MEET MICHELLE
Michelle D May-Montgomery, CEO & Event Strategist
A Richmond, VA native, Michelle has always had a love for events and putting together moments that sprout joy for those on the receiving end. As a child, she would use her imagination to create parties and programs and at the age of 13 she had planned her future wedding in her “life book”.
At the tender age 16, Michelle threw her very first event! It was a Mickey Mouse themed baby shower for her older sister who gave birth to her first niece. After that, she was hooked! She would go on to plan and decorate baby and bridal showers for her friends and co-workers. Through the years, she has worked with numerous friends and families to plan weddings, anniversary parties and more! She is also been known to create fun events and workshops in her full-time jobs.
Fast forward to 2021, Michelle officially launched Beginning to End Events, LLC (B2E).
Michelle takes pride in paying attention to the smallest details that will create a lasting memory and she cannot wait to serve you!
Saniya A Jefferson, Events & Operations Assistant
As a young child, Saniya would watch her mother, Michelle, spend time and energy to plan and decorate events for friends and family. She not only watched how her mother did things but she also took key
note of the dedication and energy her mother would pour into every event and client. Now as a young adult, instead of watching from the sidelines, Saniya is a constant figure working alongside her mother
adding to the exceptional client experience.
Saniya manages B2E’s rental inventory and assists with day-to-day operations. In her spare time, she manages her own small business, Hair by NoNo and loves to play with her pet bunny, Chocolate.
